The Letter "E"

"E" is for exercise! Or maybe energy - my oldest is just full of that. Here she is jumping for joy on the trampoline.

"E" is for eye. This is the beautiful eye of one of the horses in our city park.

"E" is for evening - the beautiful blue evening with that perfect moon at the back of our house.

"E" is for elephant. This is one that we met at the zoo last summer. I just love the texture of its' skin.

"E" is for entertaining. My youngest enertaining us with one of her songs. The mike being, of course, a must when you are a true enertainer.

"E" is for eating. Oh, we love eating in our family. The little one is enjoying a little sweet snack here. She has the biggest sweettooth in our house!

Yellow Mellow Monday!

I'm participating in "Yellow Mellow Monday" for the first time. My shot is from the beautiful herb garden of one of our many castles. The sky was just perfect!

Food!

I am not participating over at "I Heart Faces" today since this is not my own cooking. I still wanted to post something food related though. This is a wonderful dinner we enjoyed this summer. It's fresh pasta with cream and grilled crawfish. So yummy!

Sunday Snapshot!

We went to the Farmers Market where they had lots and lots of soda. The girls were soooo thirsty all of a sudden so we said OK to buying a bottle.

But what flavor to chose....

The oldest took out her money and sorted out the affair.

Drinking from the bottle isn't as easy as it looks but when you're THAT thirsty you really make it work!

Everyone drank a lot....even though sparkling beverage isn't what they normally go for.

Then of course we had to eat! We bought huge ham sandwiches. Homemade bread!

Mmmmm, warm ham!

Then when everyone had had a good snack we could enjoy the rest of the market.

Danger!

My youngest came running, shouting that I needed to bring my camera. She had found these on the grass next to the soccer field and wanted me to document them since they looked so dangerous.
