Shutter Love Tuesday - "Trees"
This shot was taken in November last year. It's one of my favourites. I really like the contrast of the tree against that blue sky. It was a perfectly clear and very cold day and I think the tree looks so beautiful even though it's completely without leaves.

Black and White Wednesday!
I pointed my lens straight in to the light and I'm really pleased with the result. Love all the little stars on the water and I actually prefer it in black and white.

The little stubborn one! Didn't want me to take her picture, didn't want to spit out the huge gum she was chewing, didn't want to look straight ahead, tried to wink with her nostrils and tried just in general to give me a silly face. I think she's cute anyway the little stinker.

It's old and broken and not used anymore. I just think it's so beautiful. I took this shot on a very bright, sunny and extremely windy day. I just love how deep the color of the water looks.
